On April 24th @ 7pm there will be a Free Event in honor of Earth Day. Join us at The Texas Theatre for a community screening of “NO IMPACT MAN”, a documentary (and official Sundance selection!!!), is about the journey of Colin Beavan and his little family – wife, Michelle and two year old daughter Isabella. Colin starts the year out as someone who wants to make a difference in some way but doesn’t know where to begin. He learns as he goes. He doesn’t do it all at the same time and he doesn’t do it all perfectly. He makes mistakes, just as we do, but he genuinely wants to make a change that will make a difference. So do I. The audience learns and laughs with him. Free Parking behind Theatre off of Sunset.
EVENT SPONSORS: Eno’s Tavern, Urban Acres, Spiral Diner, MAKE, Green Pet, Bolsa, Smoke, Oak Cliff Bicycle Company, Paper Nerds, Eric Cowan, Good Space, Qualigraphics and New Purpose Urban Farms.
